Description:
YL-838 ICF2HP Two Hot & Two Cold Back-part Molding Machine is the upgrade model from YL-828 CF2HP which has designed for molding stitch down shoes with thermoplastic and thermo-board counter, which has been developed to consider the most recent request of our customers. It is convenient to operate and save space; Cushion with rapid connection for a quick change of work, which presses directly on customer lasts; leaning mold towards to the operator with movable mold column, pincers, that gives a perfect shaping for boot upper. This machine is displayed with the electronic micro-processor system.
Technical Features:
1. It contains sweeping knife and adjustable pull-down grip jaw;
2. The assembling and un-assembling of moulds is very easy and convenient;
3. The moulds can be tailored upon requirement;
4. Adjustable width of pincers;
5. Programmable pulling pincers;
6. The sweeping knife system is adjusted with small hand-wheel easily;
