Description:

YL-4208 Rotary Infrared Activation Shoe Conveyor is also called CYCLONE ACTIVATOR, normally, it with 16~76 pallets by dry and activate through NIR hot air, good for drying for upper and outsole. Every revolving pallet: One pair of uppers can be put in bottom pallet, the corresponding soles can be put on top pallet. This activator is equipped with digital electric controller to control the time on drying and activating. 16~76 revolving stations get a circle, work with revolving time. Every station has 6~12 pallets. For this kind of activator have several cyclones from 16 cyclone, 22 cyclone, 30 cyclone, 34 cyclone, 42 cyclone, 54 cyclone, 76 cyclone etc. And the optional fitting part is NIR heating Lamps.
